First leather mask

so I'm ridiculously happy I finally got around to making a wet molded carved/tooled leather mask. this was the whole reason I picked up leather tooling, I'm in love with the artists on DA that are able to turn these out and wanted to give it a try. Obviously I haven't painted/dyed/sealed this and obviously the edges are rough. Tips and other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
